The rollers had binded up and it smelled like something had shorted out. Got a replacement, however this one arrived dented on the sides even though the shipping box looked undamaged. Would have to assume it was damaged at the factory and shipped out anyway. Luckily, I received a refund, but it wasn't worth the time and hassle.
