We have the Gold Star company here in Denver, which has been producing hotdogs and sausages here since 1936 and they make great products. So we used our credit card points and some cash to buy this roller grill from our favorite place to get good deals, here at Amazon.com. It sounded easier than turning hotdogs and sausages on a pan. It is. And they said "easy to clean". Great! Well, not so much. The first time we tried it, it got stuff stuck to the rollers. I emailed the company and they said to use a wooden spatula to scrape off the rollers. But I thought, how do you clean the wooden spatula after that, and get this stuff out of it?So I asked them again and they said to just spray the rollers with cooking oil. But it's too late for that, all this stuff is stuck to them. So I asked them again and they said to use a magic eraser to rub the stuff off the rollers. What?! I don't want magic eraser in my food...
