I use it mainly for cooking chicken, steaks, burgers, etc. The meat is done perfectly - quick, moist, and very delicious. I've used it also for 'pannini's' and that was fun, but we're not a huge sandwich-eating family. Have owned earlier versions and makes of this product, and the ease of cleaning made by being able to slip out the grill surfaces is a huge improvement.I love it. |
